First, this book is really easy to read. It’s not convoluted, difficult to grasp and laced with jargon. It’s simple and straight to the point. You might be aware, a lot of books are based around one or two ideas with the rest being filler text - not this time. All ten chapters are purposful and play an integral part in helping you become a more rounded and confident man.
Improving your relationships and the women in your life is not the only thing The Tao of Badass helps you with, but being successful in other areas of life as well. This program can help you improve your confidence and dramatically change your perspective on life and you will see more benefits than just waking up to a hot girl a couple times a week. What I'm saying is, waking up beside more beautiful women than ever before is fantastic... But you'll probably wind up getting more out of this than you first thought.
Chapter 2 is absolutely awesome. The book kicks off with a chapter on gender roles and how the sexes play off each other, I knew this was happening before, but not at a conciously level. After I finished reading it, I re-read it. After reading this chapter take some time and see how this applies to your life. Some things are going to become really clear for you which is good. Your awareness of the roles men and women have will be hightened. A role I never paid any attention to until now. If you decide to invest in this book and improving yourself, read chapter 2 a couple times - it’s well worth it.
Too many dating guru’s and people that claim they know what they’re doing sit back and say “just be confident.” They hardly ever examine confidence at a deeper level and provide practical ways to help you boost it. Pellicer breaks down confidence in such a simple way you’ll be left with nothing in your mind except “that makes sense.” And that's the goal of the program - clear communication. Use the exercises and apply what Josh recommends, it will make a huge change in your life.
We get away from the "just be yourself" idea in this program, The Tao of Badass is a clear strategically designed system. The system is designed with phases, each containing multipal steps. There’s no getting lost here. Every phase of the attraction model has its purpose and common sticking points are addressed to help you if you're stuck along the way. For example, why she’s not qualifying herself even though you think she’s into you. There's going to be a few “A-Ha” moments… that's great.
Along with confidence, attracting women has a lot to do with body language. Or in other words, how you display yourself. You’ll quickly find out how to position yourself for maximum attractiveness. And this isn’t a joke. Approaching in a confident way with great posture, slow movement and a powerful voice will give you significantly better results than approaching in a closed off and quiet manor.
The only real downside to Josh Pellicers The Tao of Badass is that he doesn't cover humor . Humor can be very helpful in regards to approaching and meeting new girls. That’s okay though, humor is only 5% of it. The remaining ninety five percent is done for you in this manual. You have more concepts, ideas, and techinques to be extremely successful with women - moreso than you thought possible.
